Exchange Policy

1) For exchange, please contact our Customer Service by phone at +603-76603036 or email with your order number and information on the affected item within 3 days upon receiving of the goods.

2) Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the Products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the Products is expired; or
c. If the Product is different from the order placed, Products for exchange will have to be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to Customer together with proof of purchase.
d. If the replacement Product is out of stock, Customer can choose a different Product with the similar functionality and volume size of the same or different brand supply by the Company.

3) All Products sold are not refundable.
